The story of how Posh Pendants began...
Once upon a time a little Princess called Niki was born. This little Princess, was joined by her first Minion
(Sascha her little sister) who did her bidding and kept her company.
These two little girls grew up to love all things crafty and shiny and they spent many happy hours
beading, crafting and enamelling to their hearts content, that is when they were not being disturbed by
Minion number two (AKA the Little Prince, Simo their younger brother).
These two little girls loved to spend hours in bead shops and took many different classes to learn new
styles of beading and later enamelling. After exasperating their parents patience with their large
collection of handmade creations scattered around the house, it was decided that the two girls who
were now young teens would attend their very first market to showcase their beautiful creations (and so
create space and funds to add to their collection once more!).
The girls were quickly hooked, and it became routine to drag their drivers (Mum and Dad) out of bed at the crack of
dawn on weekends, so that they could attend markets all over Sydney.
A few years passed and Niki was now a young lady faced with some tough choices ahead, on the she yearned to
grow her business and move on to bigger and better opportunities, but on the other she was only 17 and she still had
a year left of school left to attend... After examining all of the options available to her she decided to follow her heart
and realise her dreams and she left school to establish her very first business “Posh Pendants”, and so Posh
Pendants came to be.
That little Princess who is now a young lady travels all over, from Australia to New Zealand, to Paris and Milan, to
Serbia and America, she is never in one place for too long! She travels all over from show to show, displaying her
beautiful treasures and teaching her crafty skills and always searching from more to be inspired by and to share with
her wonderful customers! Her loyal and ever patient minions (ahem family) assist with her journeys, helping with her
shows and her creating... And thats where we will leave this tale of how Posh Pendants began...
