Pendants Replacement Policy: |

Our commitment to you is to provide a quality product at the best
price possible.
• Our commitment is also to serve you as efficiently as possible.
• We value you as our clients and business partners.
• If you ever have a problem with any of our products please
contact us as soon as you become aware.
• We encourage you to check your goods when they arrive and
ensure that all of your products are in good condition and order.
• If any of our products are damaged or faulty in any way we
are always happy to replace them for you! |
| Please
refer below to our Terms and Conditions regarding defective or damaged
items. |
| 1. |
If
the item is defective or damaged, the said item must be returned to
Posh Pendants within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt. |
| 2. |
Once
received, Posh Pendants will evaluate the condition of the said item
and repair or replace the item and return within 14 days of receipt
of the returned item. |
| 3. |
If
the item selected is incorrect item, Posh Pendants will allow you
to return the said item within (14) fourteen days of the date of receipt. |
| 4. |
Any
returned item must be in new condition, in the original packaging.

| 5. |
Posh Pendants will not accept any returned items that have been worn,
or damaged through mishandling or neglect by receiver or your customer/s.

6. |
All
advertised "Special Offers" are only to be returned if the
item is faulty or defective, so please choose carefully! |
Posh
Pendants Quality Control: |

Each
of our Posh Pendant items is handcrafted and may contain minor imperfections
in the painted finish, slight variations in the painted colours and
the choice of crystals used for the item. As such, these do not constitute
defects or damage and will not be accepted for return or replacement. |

All
Posh Pendant items are checked for imperfections and faults prior
to dispatch. |
| 2. |
Defective
items must be returned to Posh Pendants within (14) fourteen days
of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. |
| 3. |
A
returned item will be replaced with an item of the same design (if
available) or;
after discussion with the client, Posh Pendants will replace the item
with one of equal value, or; a credit note will be issued
for the purchase cost of the item in question. |
4. |
The
Posh Pendants address for returns will be on your invoice and receipt,
which is shipped with your order. |

Any
costs associated with returning an item, whether it is for an exchange,
damaged or; defective item,
is the sole responsibility of the customer. |
| Shipping
Policy: |

You
will be contacted when an order from you has been received by Posh
Pendants and Proforma Sales Order will be faxed/emailed to you for
your confirmation. |
| 2. |
Posh
Pendants will consult you regarding shipping costs unless a prior
arrangement for shipping has been agreed to in writing with Posh Pendants.
Posh Pendants Shipment of goods is by Registered Australia Post or
Fastway Couriers; whichever is more economical and efficient! Goods
dispatched by Fastway Couriers may be traced and tracked by Tracking
number, on the Fastway website. |

Simply enter the parcel number and you can receive live updates on
the status of your delivery. |
